Dear Ravi.

I hope this finds you well. I have not hounded you for payment, but instead waited patiently for you to make good on your promises to make me whole. You have failed to act in accord with your promises in this email. I have waited patiently for 20 months and this was the last time I ever heard from you.....

Why is that?

Did I have to call you regularly to insure that you would be a man of honor?  Did you really think I wanted to do all that work for you for free so you could never pay me for it?

I plan on posting this email and couple of others at visualdimensions.com and I am taking down the old website.

I thought you would like to hear it from me first, before you accidentally find it when you google your name and it takes you to this email chain which will be posted online for others to learn how little it means to you when you give a man your word of honor.

Kind regards,

Brian

Good Morning Brian-

Good to hear from you and sorry for the belated reply. I am still committed to what I promised you - 5% of all sales. The sales in the last quarter of 2009 were a princely sum of approx. $985.00 which we are just completing next week.
I have no clue where we're headed in this economy but am going to keep the doors open. I have some things on the burner and will have to wait till they catch fire - the dividends for you in turn, should be handsome if they bear fruit.

I'm not going anywhere and will fulfil this obligation - just bear with me as I work valiantly to hold down the fort.

Let's do stay in touch in 2010 and keep the dialog going - I hope we have some happy times to look forward together. How is business? I hope well.
Regards to you and your family -

Ravi

Ravi, paying me back $30,000 of a much larger amount that you owe me was not going to happen at $150 per month, and if I have to contact you regularly to secure payment, this solution you propose will fail.

Please advise your plans going forward to make a meaningful settlement arrangement or we are right back where we were.

thanks and happy holidays!
